In America, annually 20 million people are affected by anxiety disorder, the most common part of emotional disorder. Regular activities such as going outside or interacting with other people are interfered by anxiety. The most severe example of an anxiety reaction is anxiety attack. Anxiety disorders makes people’s horrible with devastating anxiety and fear. An anxiety attack is formed when anxiety reaches a level at which the symptoms cause the sufferer to experience symptoms which exceed those normally experienced during an appropriate anxiety reaction. Anxiety reactions are produced in the unconscious mind by a small organ called the Amygdala. Anxiety attacks can be controlled very merely.
